What you get to do in this role:

• Optimise Sales Processes & Efficiency: Identify systemic bottlenecks and collaborate with BI and Tech Systems teams to design, test, and implement scalable, automated solutions.
• Master Sales Forecasting & Analytics: Manage the end-to-end sales forecasting cadences. Translate pipeline metrics and raw sales data into strategic, data-driven insights and executive-ready presentations for leadership.
• Lead Territory & Quota Planning: Partner closely with the Regional Leader to execute annual planning, including territory allocations, quota distribution calculations, and capacity modeling.
• Champion Data Hygiene & Governance: Take ownership of CRM data hygiene across International markets to ensure reporting accuracy, revenue visibility, and reliable pipeline tracking.
• Enable & Empower Sales Teams: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for sales methodologies, BI tools, and system workflows. Provide hands-on training and onboarding to boost rep productivity.
• Drive Regional Growth & Collaboration: Work closely with international account teams to map account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and align cross-functional resources to drive enterprise revenue.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience: 5+ years in a Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations role-ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Technical Capability: Advanced proficiency in modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools. Strong command of spreadsheet modeling, complex data sets, and dashboard creation.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, prioritize multiple high-impact projects, and transform raw numbers into actionable commercial strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present confidently to senior sales leadership.
• Adaptability & Drive: A proactive, solution-oriented approach that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
