Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Core Commercial Sales Representative to join our security business unit. This Core Commercial Sales Representative will be focused on driving new Enterprise Level multi-site business opportunities from companies incorporated out of the Eastern Pennsylvania Market.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Innovative, self-starter with the self- confidence and ability to represent the Pavion Company in a professional, ethical manner to gain a high level of confidence.
- Excellent problem-solving and meeting facilitation skills.
- Develop and execute a strong business plan, advanced selling skills, e.g., qualify prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, conceptual selling, issues-based selling, consultative selling, negotiation, and contracts (closing).
- Experience building network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
- Identify target opportunities to ‘take’ large customer sales from our competitors where possible.
- Serve as the key point of contact with your customers; develop/nurture these key relationships to grow business within the accounts.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers and their issues to drive long term results and become their trusted advisor.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 5 years sales experience preferably in the security integration business but at minimum a customer service-oriented business.
Valid Driver Licenses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key influencers
- Proven history of sales success identifying and developing (hunting) new business opportunities
The salary range for this position is $60-80K annually, plus commission. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
