Η κλινική μας αναζητά Διοικητικό Υπάλληλο – Γραμματεία / Front Office, με οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, για την υποστήριξη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας της γραμματείας και την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της κλινικής.
Η θέση αφορά κυλιόμενο ωράριο, με εναλλαγή πρωινών και απογευματινών βαρδιών, καθώς και εργασία σε Σαββατοκύριακα και αργίες, βάσει προγράμματος.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμός και προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Καλή γνώση αγγλικών & Η/Υ
- Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε γραμματειακή υποστήριξη ή θέση Front Office θα εκτιμηθεί
