Operations Support Specialist

Position

This role is designed for candidates who can quickly learn operational workflows, take ownership, and contribute actively.
The selected candidate is expected to become part of daily operations and take an active role in ongoing projects.

Scope of the Role

• Monitor and interpret operational data on a regular basis
• Analyze changes in performance metrics
• Identify inconsistencies and anomalies within datasets
• Follow up on processes and coordinate with relevant teams
• Take an active role in ongoing projects

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and disciplined work approach
• Basic proficiency in Excel for data handling
• Ability to communicate in written English
