Job Description
- Analyze business processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular record checks and investigate any irregularities or gaps.
- Participate in compliance testing and monitor incidents, errors, and breaches.
- Support in developing, reviewing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with business units to promote adherence to internal controls.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in reporting compliance findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit is a plus.
- Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with confidentiality and integrity.
