Brand & Content Marketing Intern

As a regulated Belgian fintech, Paynovate powers payment solutions for businesses across Europe. It might sound complex (because, well… payments are), but that’s exactly why good marketing matters.

We’re looking for a creative marketing intern who gets excited by beautiful design, clever content and bringing ideas to life. Someone who can switch between designing a LinkedIn carousel, refreshing a website page and helping produce event materials.

What You’ll Be Doing

For starters, you’ll work directly with our Marketing Manager on projects that shape how Paynovate shows up across digital channels, events and customer touchpoints.

Create things people actually see

Design social media posts, presentations, sales collateral and marketing assets in Canva that are polished, engaging and unmistakably Paynovate.

Keep our content moving

Help plan, create and publish content across our social channels, turning complex fintech topics into content that’s clear, relevant and worth stopping to read.

Make great ideas happen

Coordinate design and production projects with internal teams and external suppliers, from sales enablement materials to printed event assets, making sure everything arrives looking exactly as intended.

Bring your brain

Got an idea for a better LinkedIn post? A smarter Canva layout? An AI tool we should try? We’d genuinely like to hear it.

Your role won’t be limited to this job description. As you build confidence, you’ll have the opportunity to own new projects, explore different areas of marketing, and make a real impact across the business.

We’re Probably Looking for You If

• You’re studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or something similar.
• Your internship is part of your university curriculum.
• Canva is your happy place.
• You have a keen eye for design, branding and visual storytelling.
• You enjoy creating content that people actually want to engage with.
• You’re naturally curious and like figuring things out.
• AI doesn’t intimidate you, rather it intrigues you.
• You’re fluent in English. French or Dutch is a bonus.

Bonus points if you have an online portfolio, Instagram design page, university projects or anything creative you’re proud of. We’d love to see it!
