Payoneer provides cross-border payment accounts for marketplaces, freelancers and small exporters. Its network lets users receive funds in multiple currencies and withdraw locally. The company serves sellers on major global ecommerce platforms.

About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows-including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence-we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

  Enterprise

About the Role

Payoneer's enterprise business spans a large and diverse portfolio of accounts - from a broad base of commercial relationships to a set of deeply integrated strategic partnerships. As that portfolio has grown, so has the need for dedicated program management to keep it running with the rigour it deserves.

This is a program management role at the heart of the enterprise business. You will be responsible for building and running the structures, processes, and operating rhythms that allow two distinct account portfolios to be managed effectively at scale. For the tier 3 enterprise portfolio, that means designing and owning the programs that govern renewals, contract obligations, pricing reviews, commercial risk, and upsell opportunities. For a small set of highly complex strategic accounts, it means establishing the cadence infrastructure, cross-functional coordination and commercial governance that allow those relationships to operate smoothly.

This role suits someone who is energized by building systems and bringing order to complexity. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, Growth and Compliance, and your impact will be felt directly in the health and predictability of the accounts you manage.

What You Will Own

Tier 3 portfolio program management

  • Design and own the program management infrastructure for the tier 3 enterprise portfolio - the systems, processes, and automations that allow the segment to be managed proactively and at scale
  • Build and maintain visibility across the full portfolio: renewal timelines, contract obligations, pricing review cycles, commercial risk indicators, and upsell opportunities
  • Establish clear processes for intake, triage, and resolution of commercial matters - renewals, amendments, pricing changes, and client-initiated requests - so they are handled consistently and on time
  • Identify opportunities to automate or systematize recurring workflows across the portfolio, reducing manual effort and improving response times
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and commercial teams to ensure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time on contractual and pricing matters
  • Spot and surface upsell and optimization opportunities across the portfolio, flagging them to the relevant commercial owners with supporting context

Strategic account program management

  • Build and maintain the program management infrastructure for a small portfolio of highly complex strategic accounts - including consolidated trackers, issue logs, and initiative roadmaps for each relationship
  • Design and run the operating cadence for each account: monthly health reports, MBRs, QBRs, and executive touchpoints - ensuring meetings are well-prepared, outputs are documented, and actions are tracked to completion
  • Maintain a real-time view of all active topics per account, tracking ownership and progress across concurrent workstreams so the account team can focus on the relationship rather than the coordination
  • Act as the connective tissue between internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Operations) and the account team, ensuring cross-functional commitments are clear, assigned, and delivered

What You Bring

Experience

  • 5-8 years in program management, commercial operations, or enterprise account operations - ideally within fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience building and running programs that manage a portfolio of accounts or initiatives - not reacting to issues one at a time, but designing the systems that surface them in advance
  • Experience with commercial workflows: renewals, contract management, pricing reviews, and amendments - comfortable coordinating these end to end across Legal, Finance, and business teams
  • Prior experience supporting or working alongside enterprise account teams, with an understanding of how complex customer relationships operate
  • Track record of driving cross-functional work to completion through influence rather than authority

Technical skills

  • Program and project management: fluent in at least one structured PM tool (Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion, or equivalent) and able to design tracking systems that stakeholders will actually use and trust
  • Process design: experience mapping, documenting, and systematizing recurring workflows; comfortable identifying where automation can reduce manual effort
  • Data and reporting: proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for portfolio-level tracking; experience building dashboards or status views for commercial or operational audiences
  • Commercial literacy: comfortable reading contracts, amendments, and pricing structures at a working level - not as a lawyer, but as someone who understands what matters and knows when to escalate

    Capabilities and behaviors

You build systems, not workarounds. When you encounter a recurring problem, your instinct is to design a process that solves it permanently - not manage it manually each time. Structural thinking

You stay ahead of the portfolio, not behind it. You know what is coming before it arrives - renewals, obligations, risks, and opportunities - because you have built the infrastructure to see it. Proactive ownership

You move things forward without being the decision-maker. You drive Legal, Finance, and Product through a process without formal authority, because you are organized, clear on the ask, and consistent on the follow-up. Cross-functional influence

You are clear and precise in how you communicate. You can distill a complex, multi-party situation into a crisp summary for a senior stakeholder or a client-facing update without losing the important detail. Communication clarity

    Why This Role, Why Now

Payoneer operates at significant scale - serving enterprise customers across every major geography, with a portfolio that spans hundreds of commercial relationships and a set of deeply integrated strategic partnerships. Program management discipline is what allows a portfolio at that scale to run predictably rather than reactively.

This is a newly created role, which means you will be building the infrastructure rather than inheriting it. The processes you design, the systems you build, and the cadences you establish will define how these portfolios are managed for the long term. That is an unusual opportunity for someone who wants to do more than execute - they want to build.

If you want a role where the scope is real, the mandate is clear, and your fingerprints are on how a major enterprise portfolio operates, this is it.
