What you’ll do

• Respond and resolve customer inquiries, requests and concerns via phone, email and chat promptly and effectively 
• Ensuring exceptional support for our customers from start to finish.
• Escalating critical issues to the appropriate internal team when necessary.
• Multitasking across various systems, including Payoneer CRM and others.
• Proactively recommend and educate the customer about features and benefits of Payoneer products to improve their satisfaction and deepen their relationship with Payoneer
• Increasing customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional support.
• Becoming an expert on Payoneer services for customers in the designated market 
• Providing feedback to the company to advocate for our customers in the designated market

Who you are 

• Proficiency in Japanese - MUST (Preferably JLPT N1 or N2 Certificate Holder)
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing) - MUST
• 1-3 years of Relevant experience or Experience in Customer service field.
• Service-oriented mind, pleasant, and verbal
• Well organized, detail-minded, problem solver
• Ability to multi-tasking - multiple systems, screens, active listening
• Able to work under pressure with time constraint 
• Able to work in South Korea with valid visa or Permanent Resident in South Korea
