Role Summery

Support onboarding for new SMB customers across domestic and global markets through telesales outreach, timely follow-ups, and low-touch engagement that helps drive activation and compliance completion.

What you'll do

• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Aircall, and Marketo to support customer onboarding, assist with KYC completion, and engage prospects through structured call, email, and messaging outreach such as WhatsApp or Telegram.
• Apply effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to guide customers through the onboarding process and help improve conversion outcomes.
• Manage communication with new accounts through calls, emails, and automated sequences while working closely with operations teams to support activation and approvals.
• Help address onboarding, operational, and payment-related issues in a timely manner to support a smooth customer experience and encourage first funded transactions.
• Support onboarding and activation goals for the assigned portfolio by maintaining consistent outreach, encouraging progress to first funded transaction, and introducing customers to relevant Payoneer products where appropriate.
• Proactively share feedback, insights and ideas in team meetings to contribute towards new business growth

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree holder or current bachelor’s degree student.
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, customer onboarding, customer service, or a related field; internships or early sales experience are an advantage.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to work in an aggressive, target-driven environment, manage high activity volumes, prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver against deadlines and conversion goals.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English is a must, with excellent spoken communication, strong call handling ability, and the confidence to engage customers persuasively over the phone.
• Candidates with prior BPO or inside sales experience will be strongly preferred, especially those who have managed aggressive follow-up cadences and volume-based onboarding or activation targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong persuasive ability, organized reporting, and effective coordination across sales and operations stakeholders.
• Strong desire to learn industry best practices, contribute to the organization, and continuously improve onboarding, activation, and FFT performance outcomes.
