Online Payment Gateway is Paytm’s B2B Business regulated by RBI, and this team is responsible for growing penetration of Paytm’s PA-PG business across Indian merchants.
About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to support business decisions through data analysis, dashboards, reporting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business data and identify trends, insights, and performance gaps.
Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Develop business forecasts and projections to support planning.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and improve reporting and analytics processes.
Skills
Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
Experience with Power BI/Tableau and SQL.
Strong understanding of forecasting, KPIs, and business analytics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in MIS, Excel, Reporting, Presentation, or Data Analytics.
Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
