Role Summary Own sourcing and growth of Insurance business within the Lending portfolio. Build and lead a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive acquisition, conversions, and sustained insurance volume.
Key Responsibilities
-Source and grow Insurance business for the Lending team through field and partner channels
-Hire, onboard, coach, and manage FSEs to hit sourcing and conversion targets
-Set daily/weekly plans, track pipeline, and drive productivity across the team
-Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal Lending stakeholders
-Ensure process compliance, quality of leads, and accurate reporting
-Identify market opportunities and share ground-level insights with leadership
-Meet individual and team targets for insurance sourcing and business growth
Requirements
-Proven experience in insurance / lending / financial services sales or sourcing
-Prior people-management or team-lead experience preferred (hiring and managing FSEs/field teams is a plus)
-Strong field sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Comfortable with targets, reporting, and working in a fast-paced lending environment
-Willingness to travel as needed for sourcing and team oversight
Education:
Must have completed his graduation
