About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical foundation and proven ability to translate ambiguous business and client needs into clear, scalable product solutions. The role will involve working closely with clients, business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and QA to define product requirements, identify gaps, assess impact, and drive solutions from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product requirement lifecycle, from understanding customer/business needs to defining and delivering scalable product solutions.

- Translate high-level or ambiguous requirements into clear product requirements, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Proactively identify edge cases, gaps, dependencies, assumptions, conflicts, and potential product risks during requirement discovery.

- Understand existing products, systems, architecture, workflows, and business processes to determine whether a requirement needs an enhancement, modification, integration, or new product capability.

- Conduct impact analysis to assess downstream implications of proposed product changes across systems, processes, and user journeys.

- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, engineering, architects, QA, and other technical teams to establish a common understanding of product requirements.

- Challenge requirements constructively, ask the right questions, and identify unarticulated customer needs and use cases.

- Balance business requirements with technical feasibility, scalability, usability, and long-term product considerations.

- Create and maintain product documentation including PRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Partner with engineering throughout the development lifecycle to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure the final product meets the intended business and customer outcomes.

- Drive prioritisation of requirements based on customer impact, business value, technical complexity, dependencies, and strategic priorities.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in software development/software engineering, with at least 1+ year of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or a similar product-facing role.

- Strong understanding of product development and software engineering processes.

- Proven ability to work with ambiguous requirements and convert them into well-defined product solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think through edge cases, dependencies, system impact, and trade-offs.

- Good understanding of system architecture, APIs/integrations, workflows, and technical dependencies.

- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, user journeys, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across business, clients, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and QA.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while making product decisions.

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive products/features from problem definition through execution and delivery.
