Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Gather and translate business requirements into product specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product KPIs and success metrics.
• Monitor product performance using data analytics and user insights to drive improvements.
• Lead product launches, working with marketing and sales teams for go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure the product meets customer expectations, usability standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret product performance metrics.
