Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with an 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.
About The Role
We're hiring an Account Executive to own the DACH market as we scale across Europe. You'll run the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, selling to SEO, marketing, and growth leaders at mid-market and SMB companies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. DACH is our home market and our strongest, which means a warm brand and a playbook that already works. You'll report to our Head of Sales, EMEA, and have a real say in how we sharpen it.
What You'll Do
Source and close new business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, owning the full cycle from discovery and demo through negotiation and close
Build your own pipeline through outbound, working alongside the SDR team on target accounts and messaging
Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progress
Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow
Feed what you learn on calls back into product, marketing, and the sales playbook. At this stage, your input shapes how we sell.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying software sales role
A consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of €1m+
German language fluency, native or C1
A self-starter who builds their own pipeline and does not wait to be fed
Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
Based in Berlin, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week

Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
Experience selling to mid-market and SMB customers
