Revenue Operations - Associate

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM data quality, lead routing, opportunity tracking, and sales pipeline hygiene.
• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales and marketing funnel performance and identify operational gaps.
• Support automation workflows across CRM, telephony, and other revenue tools.
• Monitor lead assignment, campaign attribution, and revenue tracking accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in incentive tracking, target reporting, and performance analytics.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to CRM, automations, and reporting systems.
• Maintain documentation for revenue processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Leverage LLM/AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for data analysis, workflow optimization, documentation, reporting assistance, and automation support.
• Identify opportunities to improve RevOps processes using AI-driven workflows and prompt-based automation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, MIS, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, dashboards, formulas).
• Experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, webhooks, APIs, or workflow automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLM/AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) for operational productivity and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
