ABOUT THE ROLE
The mission of our Customer Operations team is simple: maximize Pelico's impact at the factory in the shortest time possible. CustOps owns the full deployment lifecycle - from onboarding to adoption to expansion - and shares the same incentives as our customers. You'll be measured on validated impact, not activity.
We hire from two buckets: young, hungry operators who figure things out fast; and ultra-resilient generalists who've navigated real operational chaos and come out the other side. Both paths work. What doesn't work: people who wait for a brief before moving.
The career ceiling here is genuinely unlimited. Any pilot can become an enterprise deployment, which can become the defining case study for an entire vertical - in 3-month cycles. CustOps is also a talent bench for the rest of Pelico: people have moved into Product, AI Ops, Pre-sales, and Leadership. The skills you build here travel everywhere.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the successful deployment and adoption of Pelico at your customer sites - from kick-off to validated case study, in the shortest time possible.
Build genuine relationships with factory operators, plant managers, and supply chain directors - the kind where they'd take a reference call for you.
Quantify and communicate the impact Pelico delivers: shortage reduction, lead time improvement, team coordination. You make the value visible.
Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and raise customer ambition - from pilot to enterprise deployment to vertical case study.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to relay structured field feedback that shapes the roadmap.
Contribute to playbooks and delivery standards that help the whole team scale faster.
Use AI tools to structure customer data, draft playbooks, and surface insights that drive faster time-to-value
ABOUT YOU
1-3 years in a customer-facing or operational role - consulting, ops, project management, or similar.
Ops DNA: you think in processes, root causes, and action plans. You structure messy situations rather than waiting for them to clarify.
A genuine desire to solve the customer's problem - not to manage the account.
Strong communicator across stakeholder types - as comfortable with a factory floor operator as with a VP of Supply Chain.
Growth mindset: you learn fast, adapt under pressure, and improve with every deployment.
Bilingual French and English - our customers and internal teams operate in both.
Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial operations is a strong plus - but not a requirement. Ops DNA travels.
You actively embrace AI tools as part of how you work - curious about what’s possible and quick to adopt new ways of working smarter and faster.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows - whether for writing, research, analysis, coding, or productivity - and a genuine interest in staying at the frontier of what these tools can do.
