Accounting Intern

Accounting Intern: is to help process day-to-day accounting transactions. This internship is between 3 to 6 months period.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring all accounting transaction records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure,
- Assist in ensuring all accounting/financial reporting deadlines are met,
- Assist in ensuring all invoices are correct and consistent,
- Assist in ensuring accurate and timely/monthly/yearly end close,
- Assist with end-to-end taxation execution, calculation, submission of required document in a timely manner,
- Assist in checking on all tax and accounting standards by verifying accuracy of payment and tax returns,
- Assist in maintaining all accounting documents, and performing other tasks assigned by direct manager.
- At least Year 3 student or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance
- Knowledgeable on accounting system
- Good with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Detailed-oriented and high regard to accuracy
- Good at time management
- Good communication and helpful cooperation
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving

Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 11am to 1:00pm
Work place:
- Accounting Intern is based at the PH Concrete and Heavy Machinery Office, locating inside Borey Peng Huoth Beoung Snor.
Relationship
- Accounting Intern works under supervision & reports directly to Finance Manager.
