Inventory Supervisor

1.Scope of working:
Inventory Supervisor is to manage the purchasing and replenishment of the company products. And a key aspect of the role is maintaining the stock level.
2. Duties & responsibilities:
- Ensure all inventory and stock management are maintained accurately.
- manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock
- maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems
- Observe the correct stock receiving
- Have a working knowledge of Stock to ensure accurate stock management.
- coordinate warehousing and inventory functions
- Maintain store/product standards as described in our product standard manual; this includes stock management, cleaning shelf/stock presentation.
- Maintain good working relationships with your manager and your peer.
- Other work as directed by Manager/Director.
3.Qualification & requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting or a similar skill.
- At least 2 or more years of work experience of real estate/private Company.
- Experience in managing inventory, or abilities to learn this skill and delegation skills.
- Competent in operation of the purchasing, Ms. Office.
- Enjoy clerical and administrative activities
- Able to perform the role and work at agreed times.
- Good planning and numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
- Aptitude for working with computer systems
- Able to pay attention to detail.
4.Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm
5.Work place:
- Inventory Supervisor is based at Site/Branch, the Inventory Department.
6.Relationship:
- Inventory Supervisor works under control & report directly to Inventory Manager.
