岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责中心重点研发项目管理，包括目标拆解、计划制定、进度跟踪、风险识别与闭环;

2、结合项目管理场景，推动项目流程数字化、工具化建设，如进度看板、风险预警、数据报表、流程自动化等;

3、组织项目会议，跟进重点事项落地，推动跨团队协同和问题解决;

4、开展项目数据分析和复盘总结，沉淀共性问题与优秀经验，并推动跨项目复用。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、2025年、2026 届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、车辆工程、项目管理等专业优先;

2、沟通表达能力强，能够进行跨团队沟通和项目资源协调;

3、目标感强，具备良好的计划管理、节点推进和问题闭环能力;

4、积极主动，执行力强，具备良好的团队协作精神;

5、具备数据分析、总结复盘和快速学习能力;

6、有软件开发、数据分析或项目管理工具建设经验者优先; 了解 Java、Spring、MyBatis、MQ、Hadoop、Flink 等技术者优先。
