Key

Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web Development, Software, Digital Solutions, etc.) Acquire projects through: Cold calling Email outreach LinkedIn & online platforms Local and remote client networks Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable solutions Coordinate with internal technical teams for project feasibility and timelines Negotiate pricing and close deals independently Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Prepare basic proposals, quotations, and follow-ups Represent the company professionally with clients

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 1.5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT preferred) Proven ability to bring projects fast Strong communication skills (English & Tamil preferred) Good understanding of IT services and project lifecycle Negotiation and closing skills Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email tools, and CRM (preferred)
