Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify and understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing and promotions to customers.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals and outbound communication.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals and contracts when required.
Process sales transactions accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends and competitors.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.

Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in internal sales, retail sales, customer service or a similar sales environment will be advantageous.
Previous experience working with sales targets will be advantageous.
Grade 12 / Matric.
Computer literacy.
A valid driver's licence would be advantageous.
