Pepper Construction is a family-owned general contracting and construction management firm headquartered in Chicago, building complex projects for healthcare, higher education, commercial interiors, industrial, mission-critical and other non-residential clients. Founded in 1927, it operates offices in the Chicago area, including Barrington and Des Plaines, as well as in Indianapolis, Dublin and Cincinnati in Ohio and Milwaukee, and is known for lean and virtual construction methods.
