Key Accounts Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) is responsible for the development and profitable growth of Perfetti Van Melle business in the assigned customers. Through tactical negotiations with customers, the KAM ensures that PVM brand and Channel strategies are flawlessly executed at trade level. Supported by a team of merchandisers, the KAM leads the consistent deployment of tactics across stores to increase sell-out of PVM products.

Leadership:

• Deliver net sales and Cost to sales Objectives
• Bridge Execution Gaps and opportunities versus Brand / Channel benchmark
• Strengthen Merchandiser execution capability via frequent cascade of Brand / Channel tactics & Frequent store checks.

Customer Relationship:

• Present quarterly Business Reviews with Key decision makers and stake holders in order to build strategic alliance
• Implement annual Joint Business Planning process for identified customers.

Customer Strategy Management:

• Develop 3yr strategic customer plans aligned with Brand and Channel strategies
• Implement Category Management process with identified customers

Profitable Growth:

• Ensure ROI Mind-set via Pre-Post Promotion Evaluation
• Enforce Terms and Conditions compliance by customers

In-Store Execution Excellence:

• Ensure Product Assortment & Placement strategy in assigned customers
• Ensure speed of distribution of NPD & Promotion
• Ensure V&D deployment in profitable stores aligned with brand & channel strategy
• Determine the ideal Merchandising compliment across the trade

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar course
• 1-2yrs.FMCG selling experience
• Trade Understanding
• Promotional Effectiveness

• Customer Negotiation
• Business & Financial Analysis
