Du wirst Teil unseres Customer Care Teams für Perk Spend, unsere Plattform für Ausgabenmanagement. Dort laufen Mitarbeiterausgaben, Lieferantenrechnungen und Firmenkartenzahlungen an einem Ort zusammen, damit Finanzteams die Ausgaben ihres Unternehmens zusammen mit unserem Travel Produkt steuern können.

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen schnell und richtig gute Unterstützung bekommen. Du beantwortest ihre Fragen, löst Probleme und hinterlässt bei jedem Kontakt einen guten Eindruck. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit anderen Teams zusammen und lernst unser Produkt, das sich ständig weiterentwickelt, von Grund auf kennen. So hilfst du Kund:innen, die passende Lösung für ihre Anforderungen zu finden. Was uns dabei wichtig ist: Transparenz, Empathie und Effizienz.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du beantwortest Anfragen unserer deutschsprachigen Kund:innen per E-Mail und Telefon, schnell und kompetent

• Du analysierst Probleme, findest Lösungen, gibst korrekte Informationen weiter und fasst nach, wo nötig

• Du erstellst Tickets, dokumentierst jeden Kontakt und eskalierst komplexe Fälle an die zuständigen Teams

• Du verfolgst gemeldete Vorfälle und Bugs eigenverantwortlich, bis sie gelöst sind

• Intern bist du die erste Anlaufstelle, wenn es um die operative Nutzung unserer Software geht

Das bringst du mit

• Erfahrung im technischen Support bei einem Unternehmen aus FinTech, SaaS oder Buchhaltungssoftware

• Du behältst auch bei vielen Aufgaben und hohem Tempo den Überblick

• Du arbeitest strukturiert und genau

• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus

• Ein Hintergrund in Finanzen oder Buchhaltung ist ein großer Pluspunkt

• Erfahrung mit vielen externen Kundenanfragen und internen Abstimmungen im Team ist ein Plus

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
