An opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Communications Specialist. In this role, you will own client communications end-to-end including creating engaging and on-brand copy, building emails in Braze or HubSpot, and producing creative assets that bring messages to life. You will be the go-to for client requests, deliver tailored materials that drive engagement and shape the employee experience, and manage briefs independently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complex client communications end to end, managing briefs through delivery with minimal oversight.

• Write and send clear, engaging, on-brand communications across product updates, operational notices, announcements, and engagement campaigns.

• Build and distribute communications using platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, or similar tools.

• Respond to client requests by delivering tailored communications, content, and assets that support internal engagement.

• Create design assets (email headers, banners, and promotional materials) to enhance communications.

• Maintain an organised library of stock assets to ensure quick and consistent fulfilment of client engagement requests.

• Support key clients with tailored, high-quality communications.

• Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing teams to ensure all outputs reflect both Perkbox’s brand and the clients.

• Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality or detail.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience and expertise in communications across a range of message types including product updates, operational notices, announcements, and engagement campaigns.

• Proven ability to own complex briefs end to end and produce clear, purposeful copy independently.

• Creative design ability with experience in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.

• Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, or equivalent.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality under tight deadlines.

• Experience in client-facing or B2B communications roles in HR Tech, Employee Benefits, or SaaS environments.

• Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise across multiple requests.

• A collaborative mindset and comfortable working across teams and stakeholders.

• Portfolio or samples of written /design work required to demonstrate communications capability.

Work Mode

• Hybrid working model, with attendance at our Plovdiv office at least once a week.

• Gross annual salary: €25,000 to €26,000.
