About Position:
Seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time Customer Data Platform (AEP RT-CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade customer data and journey orchestration solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform data modeling, including XDM schema design for profile and event-based journeys, relational schema design for AJO Orchestrated Campaigns, identity strategy, segmentation, activation, and data governance.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations.
- Design robust XDM schemas for customer profiles, experience events, consent, preferences, identities, and journey-based personalization use cases.
- Design relational schemas and entity relationships required for AJO Orchestrated Campaigns, including campaign, account, subscription, product, contract, booking, and other non-profile campaign entities.
- Translate business requirements, campaign strategies, and personalization use cases into scalable AEP data models, datasets, identity namespaces, merge policies, profile enablement decisions, and activation patterns.
- Define and document data ingestion patterns, including batch, streaming, API-based, and source connector integrations into AEP.
- Architect segmentation, audience qualification, activation, and journey orchestration designs across RT-CDP and AJO.
- Partner with data engineering teams to validate source-to-target mapping, schema alignment, data quality rules, and ingestion readiness.
- Own and support Data Design Questionnaires (DDQs), including requirement gathering, data inventory, field mapping, identity mapping, schema recommendations, and implementation handoff.
- Establish best practices for AEP schema governance, data usage labeling, consent management, privacy controls, and reusable data model patterns.
- Experience in AI DLC and AI assisted usage.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on expertise in AEP,AEM.
- Relevant experience: Between 12 to 15 Years.

- The architect will partner with business, marketing, product, data engineering, and technology teams to translate complex campaign and personalization requirements into scalable, reusable, and compliant AEP and AJO solutions.
- Adept in applying AI DLC processes to all processes and projects.

- Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, as relevant to the role.
