About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect specializing in Agentic AI to lead the design and implementation of complex QA automation patterns. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles, strong architectural design capabilities, and a proven track record in production Agentic AI development. You will be responsible for defining reusable architecture and development standards, guiding teams through technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
What You'll Do:
- Own the technical design for complex Agentic QA automation patterns.
- Define reusable architecture and development standards for the automation factory.
- Design reusable SOR connectors, workflow patterns, components, and integration approaches.
- Provide technical guidance for Python/Google ADK-based implementation.
- Review agent architecture, prompts, context strategy, tool definitions, and integration design.
- Establish code quality, testing, observability, and engineering standards.
- Lead technical reviews and troubleshoot critical production issues.
- Guide teams through technical UAT, production deployment, and validation/tuning.
- Identify recurring solutions and convert them into reusable patterns/components.
- Mentor developers and senior developers.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, platform teams, and engineering stakeholders.
- Support technical estimation, dependency management, and risk identification.
Mandatory Skills:
- 9-12+ years of software engineering experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python.
- Strong architecture/design background.
- Experience in production Agentic AI development.
- Familiarity with Google ADK or comparable agent frameworks.
- Advanced skills in prompt/context engineering.
- Experience with multi-agent/workflow orchestration.
- Enterprise API/data integration expertise.
- Strong testing and debugging discipline.
- Experience with CI/CD and production engineering.
- Proven technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and architectures.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
