About Position:

We are looking for a AI Databricks Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Analytics.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems for planning, reasoning, workflow execution, and response generation.
• Implement function-calling architectures and structured AI workflows.
• Develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, and conversational analytics applications.
• Optimize AI solutions through prompt engineering, model orchestration, and fallback strategies.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to measure AI Response Quality
• Routing Accuracy
• SQL Generation Accuracy
• Model Performance
• User Experience Metrics
• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise data platforms.
• Integrate, validate, transform, and manage structured and geospatial datasets.
• Build robust data ingestion and processing frameworks.
• Design semantic data layers and metadata-driven architectures.
• Implement data quality controls, validation frameworks, and governance standards.
• Support enterprise data modernization initiatives and cloud-based data platforms.
• Build interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Develop conversational analytics experiences powered by AI.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5-8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Analytics.
• Strong experience building production-grade AI applications.
• Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agentic AI Systems
• Multi-Agent Architectures
• Function Calling
• Structured Outputs
• Prompt Engineering
• Experience with leading AI platforms and models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude.
• Knowledge of AI application evaluation, optimization, and monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Pydantic.
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of API integration and application development best practices.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• DuckDB
