About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled ISIM Engineer with strong expertise in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) to design, implement, enhance, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. This role involves identity lifecycle management, application integrations, access provisioning, troubleshooting, and participation in IAM transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and support IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) solutions.
- Configure and maintain provisioning policies, identity policies, workflows, and approval processes.
- Develop and support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and automated account provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Integrate ISIM with Microsoft Active Directory, Ldap, Ticketing Tool ServiceNow, SAP, HR systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain connectors, adapters, and custom integrations.
- Perform reconciliation, identity synchronization, and data validation activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support access governance, compliance, audit, and certification activities.
- Participate in ISIM upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
- Provide L2/L3 support and mentor junior engineers.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM).
- Strong knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management, Access and Authorization RBAC, Access Provisioning, and access governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Ldap, Ticketing Tool ServiceNow, SAP, and EAI.
- Hands-on experience with ISIM workflows, adapters, reconciliation, and policy configuration.
- Proficiency in Unix, Unix Shell Scripting, Basic SQL, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IAM security concepts, Audit and Compliance requirements.
- Strong Analytical Skill, Problem Solving, and Communication Skills.
- Experience with IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence and ISAM on Linux.
- Exposure to Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Entra ID (Azure AD), or other IGA platforms.
- Experience with Google IAM and modernization projects.
- Knowledge of Java, REST, and custom adapter development.
- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders and ensuring the successful implementation of IAM solutions.
