About Position:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable enterprise applications and microservices that support complex business solutions. You will collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while driving technical excellence, innovation, and best development practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, React JS, and PostgreSQL, along with a passion for building modern, secure, and scalable applications.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python.
- Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React JS.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and data models.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with third-party services.
- Develop scalable microservices and distributed application components.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development guidelines.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Contribute to software architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Support application deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute development tasks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python application development.
- Extensive experience building modern web applications using React JS.
- Strong proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Experience developing scalable microservices-based applications.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and architecture patterns.
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Strong understanding of secure coding standards and application security best practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
