About Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled NICE CXone Engineer with expertise in designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting NICE CXone Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in CXone Studio, ACD/IVR configuration, omnichannel customer engagement, API integrations, and customer interaction workflows. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and support teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient customer engagement solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain NICE CXone Contact Center solutions.
- Configure and support ACD, IVR, call routing, and omnichannel communication channels.
- Develop and enhance customer interaction workflows using NICE CXone Studio.
- Implement voice, chat, email, SMS, and messaging solutions within the NICE CXone platform.
- Design and configure inbound and outbound customer engagement workflows.
- Integrate NICE CXone with CRM platforms and enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures.
- Develop and support CXone API integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Manage interaction data capture, call recording, transcript management, quality monitoring, and reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call flows, routing logic, integrations, and platform performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, release management, and production support activities.
- Optimize customer interaction flows to improve customer experience and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and solution design workshops.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and platform enhancement initiatives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 4-9 years of experience in Contact Center, CCaaS, or Customer Experience technology solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting NICE CXone platforms.
- Expertise in CXone Studio scripting, workflow development, and customer journey design.
- Strong knowledge of ACD, IVR, call routing, and omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
- Experience implementing voice, chat, email, SMS, and messaging channels.
- Strong understanding of NICE CXone architecture and best practices.
- Experience with CXone APIs, REST APIs, Webhooks, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience integrating NICE CXone with CRM systems and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with interaction recording, transcript management, quality monitoring, and reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
- Understanding of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms and contact center operations.
- Knowledge of customer engagement workflows and customer experience optimization strategies.
- Experience with compliance, call recording, audit, privacy, and governance requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving critical platform issues.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and customer-focused environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality solutions within timelines.
