About Position:
We are seeking a skilled Ab Initio Developer with strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Ab Initio, Teradata, and advanced SQL development to build scalable and high-performance data pipelines. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade ETL solutions, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data quality across critical business applications. The role requires strong analytical skills, troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Ab Initio.
- Build complex data transformation and integration workflows.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic.
- Work with Teradata databases for data integration, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot ETL failures, performance bottlenecks, and data quality issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data teams, and application development teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, effort estimation, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5-8 years of experience in ETL development and data integration projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Ab Initio development.
- Extensive experience with Teradata SQL and performance tuning.
- Advanced SQL development skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
- Strong understanding of ETL methodologies and Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with large volumes of structured and transactional data.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
- Strong data analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in production support and incident resolution.
- Knowledge of data quality, data governance, and data security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
