Senior DotNet Technical Lead

About Position:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in developing, designing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications, APIs, automation solutions, and database systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture design, application development, performance optimization, CI/CD implementation, production support, and technical leadership. Experience in Telecom, Healthcare, Contact Center, or Enterprise Automation domains is preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, Windows Services, and backend automation solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures.
• Build and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
• Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, stored procedures, and data modeling.
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions including SAML and Identity Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
• Manage source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and release planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework 4.x, and .NET Core/.NET 6+ for enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, IIS, and Windows Services.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, Stored Procedures, and Database Performance Optimization.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of authentication and identity management solutions including SAML and Azure AD.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures.
• Exposure to Microservices, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Automation Platforms.
• Experience within Contact Center, Communications, or Customer Engagement domains.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
