About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in Python, React, and PostgreSQL to develop and enhance modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development, REST API integration, database optimization, and cloud-native application development. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable and maintainable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of high-quality software solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications using React.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable application components following established engineering standards.
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance for PostgreSQL environments.
• Develop robust backend logic and front-end components that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution activities.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6-10 years of experience in software engineering and application development.
• Strong hands-on development experience in Python.
• Expertise in React.js and modern front-end development practices.
• Extensive experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong SQL skills including query writing, optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web development concepts.
• Experience with Git-based source control and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
