About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot Microservices, ReactJS, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, DevOps practices, containerization, and modern AI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to build innovative enterprise solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for high-performance enterprise solutions.
• Design and implement scalable database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes (AKS).
• Design and implement cloud-native and event-driven architectures.
• Develop AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Integrate enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms to support intelligent search and conversational AI use cases.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and software engineering best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5-9 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable microservices and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and container orchestration technologies.
• Experience with API gateways, service discovery, monitoring, and logging frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud security, authentication, authorization, and identity management solutions.
• Practical experience with Kafka and messaging-based architectures.
• Experience working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI application integration, and GenAI solution development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within distributed and cross-functional teams.
