About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead - Java Full Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, React, cloud-native technologies, and AI-assisted development practices. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical leadership with hands-on engineering expertise and will play a key role in shaping architecture decisions, mentoring development teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Architecture, Business, and Engineering teams while championing modern development methodologies and AI-enabled engineering practices.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications.
• Architect and implement enterprise solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud-native technologies.
• Drive specification-led development using SpecKit and AI-Driven Software Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design reusable platform capabilities, frameworks, accelerators, and shared services.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning activities.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments to ensure engineering excellence.
• Promote best practices in software design, clean coding, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted engineering tools, automation frameworks, and modern developer productivity practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
• Support application performance tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical retrospectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve engineering effectiveness.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5-8 years of experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in Java Full Stack technologies.
• Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development.
• Strong experience building REST APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native application development on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot, SpecKit, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Experience with configuration-driven or metadata-driven application development.
• Strong understanding of software quality, security, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and global delivery environments.
