About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in modern front-end development, technical leadership, and scalable web application architecture using React.js and the broader JavaScript ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications, establish front-end engineering best practices, mentor development teams, and collaborate with architects, UX designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Define front-end architecture standards, reusable component libraries, and engineering best practices.
- Design and develop modern UI solutions using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Build reusable and maintainable component-based architectures.
- Review application designs and provide guidance on front-end solution architecture.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Drive implementation of state management solutions using Redux, Context API, and React Hooks.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across development teams.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to deliver intuitive and accessible user experiences.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design implementation.
- Support CI/CD adoption, release management, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot complex front-end issues and production challenges.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical capability development across teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and architectural discussions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10-12 years of software engineering experience with strong front-end development expertise.
- Extensive hands-on experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture and design principles.
- Proven experience leading UI engineering teams and large-scale digital initiatives.
- Deep expertise in React.js, React Hooks, Context API, Component-Based Development, React Design Patterns.
- Experience developing reusable UI frameworks and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of React application lifecycle and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with state management strategies for large-scale applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Deep understanding of browser APIs and modern web standards.
- Experience implementing advanced JavaScript and TypeScript design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of client-side application architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in Redux, Context API, React Query (Preferred), State Management Patterns.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, token management, and API security.
- Experience implementing error handling and resilience mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of Performance Optimization, Accessibility Standards (WCAG), Cross-Browser Compatibility, Secure Front-End Development.
- Experience optimizing Page Load Performance, Rendering Performance, Application Responsiveness.
- Knowledge of security best practices including XSS, CSRF prevention, and secure authentication.
- Experience working with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright.
- Knowledge of unit testing, component testing, integration testing, and UI automation.
- Experience implementing automated quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to establish testing standards and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Git, npm, Yarn, Webpack, Vite.
- Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of containerized deployment environments and cloud-native development.
- Exposure to cloud platforms Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of modern deployment architectures and hosting platforms.
- Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture concepts.
- Knowledge of DevOps, observability, and monitoring practices.
- Proven experience leading front-end engineering teams.
- Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture workshops.
- Experience managing dependencies, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
