Assistant Process Engineer
Duration: 12 months (Renewable)
Location: North/East
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
Our client is a leading global company specializing in semiconductor and flat panel display (FPD) production equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform process checks on machines.
- Provide day-to-day line support for data collection, wafer preparation, and measurements.
- Support recipe creation, troubleshooting, and data analysis activities.
- Monitor and maintain process stability.
- Escalate tool-related issues to the process team and work closely with them to resolve equipment performance concerns.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams on daily process status updates.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Meticulous,organized, and resourceful team player.
- Highly motivated individuals who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Able to support after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
