E-comm Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and execution of our e-commerce business. This role will work closely with external agencies, distributors, KHC internal teams, and KOLs to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce promotions, store operations, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with e-commerce agencies to ensure end-to-end operational excellence of e-commerce stores and platforms.

· Work closely with agencies to ensure promotions, campaigns, and commercial activities are executed smoothly and according to plan.

· Coordinate with internal teams and artwork agencies to develop and update e-commerce store assets and artwork, following Marketing team guidelines.

· Support the preparation and analysis of e-commerce sales, promotional, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Communicate and coordinate with agencies and KOLs on promotional activities and communications.

· Coordinate with distributors to ensure affiliate samples are prepared and distributed effectively and on time.

· Support other e-commerce projects and initiatives as required to drive business growth and improve the overall shopper experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with approximately 1-2 years of e-commerce experience in a brand, agency, or e-commerce platform environment are preferred.

· Strong attention to detail with good organizational and coordination skills.

· Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis is an advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Proactive, can-do attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

· Comfortable working in a collaborative, dynamic environment and able to follow through on tasks from start to finish.
