About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for Maintenance Engineer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Maintenance Engineer role lies within the Maintenance team and is based in our Susurluk factory. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the Maintenance & Utilities Manager.
In brief, you will be responsible for
- To ensure that maintenance and repair operations are carried out, recorded, reported and coordinated with the production department (breakdown, predictive, preventive and planned maintenance)
- To carry out and implement maintenance activities according to the maintenance planning organization and annual maintenance revisions.
- To increase the quality of care, to carry out continuous training and development activities for the maintenance team in terms of productivity and occupational safety,
- Receiving the price offers of spare parts, services and services required for machinery and equipment, ensuring their organization and creating purchase requests,

What you bring
- 1+ year Maintenance experience
- Professional knowledge in all kinds of mechanical elements, connections, fittings, sealing parts, root cause analysis, 7D problem solving, TPM knowledge, Installing and Commissioning of new lines/machines, spare parts warehouse managing and supplying spare parts types of equipment, reducing annual maintenance budget within the root cause analysis, experience in auxiliary facilities such as steam boilers, air compressors etc.
- Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of English
