PG Bison Ugie Boardplant is looking for a seasoned Assistant Maintenance Planner who will mainly assist the Engineering Maintenance planning office with the below critical responsibilities:
- Assisting with maintenance planning. Providing support & assistance to the maintenance planner where required in CMMS system updates, weekly & monthly reports KPI's
- Assistance with maintenance day planning, and shutdown planning activities
- Manage the weekly PM schedules run and issuing of work orders to engineering team, and site
- Provide support engaging with foremen on work backlog & follow-ups
- To capture, validate, and maintain all data related to job cards, maintenance schedules, and production logs.
- Ensure timely and accurate system updates to support site operations.
