Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: Singapore

Regional Scope: Singapore, Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand, Philippines, Indochina, and SAARC markets

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to lead and execute both local and regional marketing initiatives across our Scientific & Life Sciences portfolio. Working closely with local commercial teams and regional marketing partners, you will play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns and creating exceptional customer experiences in diverse markets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Digital Marketing, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), content marketing, analytics, and marketing technology platforms such as Semrush.

What you will do

Digital Marketing & Search Optimisation

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, website rankings, and traffic performance.
• Drive Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) initiatives , Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve brand and content discoverability within AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and other generative search environments.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize website architecture, metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and content performance.
• Monitor and improve technical SEO health, including crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile experience.

Content & Campaign Management

• Develop content strategies that support SEO, AEO, GEO, lead generation, and customer engagement objectives.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement

• Use analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs including traffic, rankings, conversions, lead quality, engagement, and ROI.
• Utilize tools such as Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and other marketing intelligence platforms.

Website Management

• Oversee website content, functionality, and user experience.
• Work with internal and external partners to enhance website performance, lead generation, and SEO effectiveness.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-10 years' marketing experience, with strong exposure to digital marketing.
• Proven success in event and exhibition management.
• Experience managing websites and digital marketing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CMS platforms, CRM systems, and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or similar.
• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively across regional teams.
• Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Bioprocessing, Genomics, Proteomics, or Research environments is a plus.
