Regional Sales Manager

Right now, we are hunting for an elite, high-performing visionary to join our Engineered Products Team as a Regional Product Manager, take total ownership of the Georgia territory, and help us utterly dominate the market.
You won't just be taking orders-you will be partnering with a discerning clientele to introduce transformative, high-end machine tool solutions that empower manufacturers to shatter their own limits. Your arsenal includes a world-class lineup of high-end 5-axis machines, Swiss machines, VTLs, EDMs, box way lathes, mills, gun drills, grinders, and HMCs.
Success in this role requires a rare hybrid of killer instinct and tactical precision. You will be expected to develop and execute breakthrough sales strategies that aggressively capture market share, leveraging our cutting-edge CRM stack to turn data into lethal market intelligence. You are also the face of the brand; whether you are commanding the room with a masterful presentation at an industry event or crafting complex, highly persuasive proposals that translate deep technical specifications into undeniable business value, you will cement Phillips as the definitive thought leader in the space.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing sales and managing the full sales lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of 5-axis machines and advanced machining applications.
- Experience translating technical specifications into persuasive customer proposals.
- Experience selling to shop owners, plant managers, manufacturing engineers, and procurement teams.
- Able to travel 60-80% throughout Georgia by car.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience exceeding sales quotas in high-end machine tool markets.
- Experience as a machinist or CNC programmer.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Knowledge of Swiss machines, VTLs, EDMs, mills, grinders, or HMCs.
