Project Manager - Industrial Operations

In this high-impact leadership role, you will be the definitive driver of rapid-response strategy, receiving, prioritizing, and mobilizing high-priority work orders from initial notification through final Government closeout. This position calls for a decisive operational catalyst who excels in high-urgency, complex environments. You will lead daily program operations, serving as the primary liaison for authorized Depot stakeholders while orchestrating a dynamic network of field personnel, Original Equipment Manufacturers, specialty suppliers, and vetted subcontractors. Operating within an unyielding 48-hour response window, you will rapidly align diagnostic plans, labor, specialized tools, and replacement parts with subject matter experts to execute safe, OEM-aligned repairs. From navigating site-access and credentialing requirements to anticipating risks and dependencies, your proactive leadership will ensure every repair is executed with speed, safety, and strict technical precision.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. Requirements

Five or more years of project, program, maintenance, field-service, manufacturing, or industrial operations experience.

Demonstrated experience managing time-sensitive work orders, multi-party scheduling, subcontractors, OEMs, suppliers, or technical teams.

Working knowledge of industrial maintenance and the ability to coordinate electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, machining, or related resources.

Strong customer communication, organization, problem-solving, documentation, and escalation-management skills.

Proficiency with work-order, CRM, ERP, project-management, and Microsoft Office tools.

Experience supporting the Department of Defense, a federal industrial facility, depot, shipyard, arsenal, or other regulated manufacturing environment is prefered.

Familiarity with CNC and conventional machine tools, industrial test equipment, legacy manufacturing systems, and industrial safety practices is a must.
