Tech stack of Phoenix Technologies

We are seeking a Data Engineer fluent in French or Dutch to join our team. You will help enhance our Data Governance methodology and drive business value through data initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Improve and adapt the Data Governance methodology by providing field feedback.

  • Analyze business needs and propose quick-win and sustainable data solutions.

  • Advise, train and coach Data Owners, Data Stewards, and IT teams on-the-job.

  • Maintain and ensure transversality of the Business Glossary across the organization.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, product teams and departments to align expectations.

  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and act as an ambassador of the One Team for customers.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Management projects.

  • Proven expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management and Master Data Management.

  • Fluency in French or Dutch.

  • Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Data Classification, Data Privacy and Security.

  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Analytics or Big Data technologies.

  • Familiarity with Data Modeling and API-based data integration.
