We're expanding our engineering team and are looking for Middle and Senior Java Developers who are passionate about building high-performance backend systems and solving complex technical challenges in a fast-growing product environment.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Build reliable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Collaborate with Front-end Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams.
Optimize application performance and database queries.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering practices.
Contribute to CI/CD processes and cloud-based deployments.

Requirements
Middle
3+ years of commercial Java development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
Experience building REST APIs.
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles.
Experience with Git.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Senior
5+ years of commercial Java development experience.
Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Experience designing scalable and high-load backend systems.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Experience mentoring developers and participating in architectural decisions.
Strong understanding of performance optimization and distributed systems.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architecture.
Experience with Redis and caching strategies.
Familiarity with Web3 or blockchain technologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of security best practices for backend systems.
