We're looking for an exceptional Global Franchise Development & Partnerships Manager to help shape the next chapter of our international growth.
This is not a traditional franchise sales role.
You will work directly with founders, CEOs, developers, family offices, investors, and major entertainment operators to build long-term partnerships that bring Hello Park into new markets around the world.

What You'll Do
- Develop new international markets;
- Identify strategic partners;
- Build relationships with C-level executives;
- Lead commercial negotiations;
- Present Hello Park to investors and operators;
- Manage opportunities from first introduction through signed agreements;
- Represent Hello Park at international exhibitions and conferences;
- Collaborate closely with the Founder and executive team;
- Help define the future growth strategy of the company.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 5+ years developing international partnerships, franchise networks, licensing, multi-unit expansion or strategic business development;
- Excellent English;
- Outstanding presentation skills;
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements;
- Strong business and financial understanding;
- Ability to build trust with senior executives;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- International mindset;
- Entrepreneurial thinking;
- Willingness to travel globally;
- Experience in Family Entertainment, Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, Franchising, Location-Based Entertainment, Leisure, International licensing.
