Project Manager – Position Starting in Early 2027

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering technical projects, including professional experience in the space or aerospace industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing projects within the Company’s areas of activity.
• Planning and coordinating the work of project teams.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with financial objectives, project schedules, and customer expectations.
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting on the progress and status of ongoing projects.
• Monitoring project execution and contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
• Identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with project delivery.
• Coordinating the acceptance of completed project work and deliverables.
• Participating in procurement processes related to project execution.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Preparing substantive contributions to proposals.

Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field (Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or Astronautics preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering technical projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Very good command of English, enabling the preparation of documentation in English, delivering presentations, working on a daily basis in an international team, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers (suggested level: at least B2).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Ability to manage project risks and budgets.
• Strong analytical and business-oriented thinking skills.
• Ability to set priorities and assign responsibilities in order to achieve project objectives.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Professional experience in the space or aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of the space or aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of ECSS and AS 9100 standards.
• Experience working with task management systems such as JIRA or GitLab.
