The Product Manager for Content Strategy and Knowledge Management will play a crucial role in shaping our approach to content creation, organization, and dissemination across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct content audits and user research to evaluate existing content effectiveness and identify gaps.
  • Establish best practices for content creation, curation, and management across various platforms.
  • Knowledge Management Improvement:
    • Develop a structured approach for managing organizational knowledge and resources.
    • Implement systems and processes for knowledge sharing, ensuring easy access to information and resources.
    • Work with IT and design teams to enhance knowledge management platforms for better user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with stakeholders across departments to align content efforts with organizational goals.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote effective content practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Set metrics to evaluate the success of content initiatives and knowledge management practices.
    • Analyze data and feedback to continuously enhance content quality and user engagement.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in product management or content strategy, preferably within technology or financial services sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of content management systems and knowledge management best practices.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing effective content strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Experience in user research and analysis to inform content development.
    • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
