Pierian is seeking Level 2 application-support engineers with light DevOps capability to troubleshoot a client portal and support deployments for an engagement delivered from India. The role blends application-level issue resolution with deployment and environment-configuration support, plus QA and UAT coordination with business stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Portal troubleshooting and application-level issue resolution.
  • Light DevOps supporting deployments, environment configuration and CI/CD basics.
  • Power Automate experience for workflow build and support. SDLC familiarity and user-requirements validation.
  • QA test execution and coordination of UAT cycles with business stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Mandatory Skills and Experience Application: Support experience with structured troubleshooting and issue resolution. Exposure to deployments, environment configuration and CI/CD basics. Power Automate workflow build and support experience. Familiarity with the SDLC and validating user requirements.
  • Desirable Skills: QA test execution and UAT coordination with business stakeholders. Scripting or automation skills supporting light DevOps tasks.
  • Desirable: PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer); PL-100 (Power Platform App Maker).
